I founded AnchorHeart Properties to help busy professionals and business owners build a path to a work-optional future through passive commercial real estate investments.

My story

I moved from Vietnam to the United States at 18 on my own, and that drive for independence has shaped every decision since. After earning my degree in Chemical Engineering, I spent 13 years in the Oil & Gas sector—advancing from technical engineering to managing multi-million-dollar capital projects and corporate strategy, including at Koch, the second-largest private company in the United States. That career taught me to evaluate every opportunity through a rigorous lens: make data-backed decisions and manage calculated risks to ensure project success.

Reaching my financial independence milestone gave me the freedom to leave my corporate career and pursue my passion for personal finance and investing full time. That decision changed my family's quality of life more than I ever expected. Now my mission is to help other busy professionals do the same.

Why Commercial Real Estate?

I have been passionate about personal finance and investing since 2014. I realized early that time is our most precious currency. While I began by building a foundation in index funds, I started investing passively in commercial real estate in 2021 to diversify away from stock market volatility—and never looked back. The steady cash flow gave me back my most valuable asset: time with my family and the freedom to build a life on my terms.
