Headway Capital
Founded by Sid Shamim, a former technology engineer who managed more than $100M of technical projects at a Fortune 100 Oil & Gas company, with cofounder Dr. Anam Omer. Houston-based Headway runs its own property management company, keeping day-to-day operations in-house, with communities in Houston, Katy, Arlington, Victoria, and Phoenix.
Momentum Multifamily
Led by managing partners Dustin Miles, a Fort Worth native and University of Texas mechanical engineering graduate who bought his first apartment community in 2012, and Hayden Harrington, who started out renovating and managing rentals with his father and has led more than $15M of construction projects.
Paratus Commercial Group
A Texas-based multifamily sponsor led by principal David R. Priest, a licensed real estate broker since 2010 and licensed mortgage broker since 2007. Paratus focuses on value-add apartment communities in Texas and the Southeast, with quarterly reporting to its investors.
AIRE Development Group
A Houston land development consulting firm with more than 20 years of development experience that also serves as a general partner on multifamily investments. AIRE manages projects end to end, from strategic planning and financing through execution, with a mission of providing high-quality, affordable housing.
